it's rare when I have a decent amount of food for breakfast, I usually try to avoid eating it or I just eat so little of it, lunch it's my only full meal and I never have dinner.
@vanessaislosingitlol ED has psychological causes (wanting to be thin, overwhelming negative emotions, obsession with eating healthy, etc.), so it would be helpful to reflect on why you eat less than the recommended amount. If the reason is you don't have much of an appetite, experience digestion issues, etc., then it might be something else. Hope you find an answer soon!
yep, actually im struggling with body dysmorphia, my weight is the adequate for my age but I feel fat asf, some months ago I starved myself for quite a while and I was getting happy with the results of it but then I broke down and stated binge eating again. I feel guilty everytime after I finish eating, and apparently I'm showing anemia symptoms again, im so sorry for the huge vent lol.
