Tips for eating disorders!

- Eating in tiny increments. Even if its just a granola bar. This helps by Slowly building up to bigger portions and eventually a whole meal. It takes some time, but it is so worth it.
- Avoid the scale at all costs.
- Challenge your thoughts with logic. Would you tell 5 year old self the things youre telling yourself now? Are the things youre saying actually true?
- Prepare yourself in advance to eat so youre in the mindset and know what to expect.
- go to therapy or reach out to a listener for help!
