Tips for eating disorders!

  1. Eating in tiny increments. Even if its just a granola bar. This helps by Slowly building up to bigger portions and eventually a whole meal. It takes some time, but it is so worth it.
  2. Avoid the scale at all costs.
  3. Challenge your thoughts with logic. Would you tell 5 year old self the things youre telling yourself now? Are the things youre saying actually true?
  4. Prepare yourself in advance to eat so youre in the mindset and know what to expect.
  5. go to therapy or reach out to a listener for help!
