This Disease is on a Spectrum
When does being health conscious or going on a diet trod into dangerous territory? Far too often. Even if people don't develop a diagnosable eating disorder, disordered eating is more common than it seems. It often masquerades itself as being healthy, but the physical and mental effects of it can be devastating. Based on the fact that people hide their eating disorders, I think there are way more people struggling with this than we think. It's a mental disease with physical effects, but the main struggle is emotionally/mentally dealing with it.

I completely agree! Thank you for sharing your opinion on this. The line between disordered eating and an eating disorder can be very thin, and each can cross into the other territory very easily
