I have a problem that I don't want to fix
I'm on the highest Zoloft dosage they'll give me for my depression and if I don't take the medication with food, it'll make me sick. I've noticed since I've started taking it, I've had less motivation to eat even if I'm hungry and I can feel my eating disorder getting stronger, and I don't want to speak up about my medication because it's helped me lose weight over the last two weeks and I want to stay with that as long as I can.
I know it isn't healthy and that logically I should say something because taking my medicine later in the day (since that's the only time I'll eat now) isn't helping me with my depression. Maybe I should just let my stomach be sick in the morning. I'll at least lose water weight or something.
My doctor is adding zoloft to my wellbutrin and I'm still having pretty dark days. Please let me know how your path goes.
@MsBrownieBee I started zoloft first but i wasn't having the best luck with it. I felt miserable all the time, didn't want to leave my bed at all. Since my dr added wellburtrin with my zoloft i see a change. Too be honest it took sometime though. I believe i was put on wellburtin in nov or dec of 2018 now as of may I have less dark days. I guess it also depends on what mg your dr has you on. Easier said then done but when those dark days hit try to fight it. Zoloft is more for anxity, If your dealing with anxity take deep breathes, focus on something that makes you happy. I've been on my zoloft for a yr and 5 months i still have dark days, anxity attacks ( just had one last week ) If you feel like it's not helping i would meniton many after 2-3 wks
@Ch3rri Thanks!
