How do you know?

Heya
It's really hard to say if you have a eating disorder or not because only a professional doctor/therapist can do that but if your relationship with food or eating causes you alot of pain or problems in your life then it's important to reach out for the support you deserve. Eating disorders try to isolate you because the little voice in your head tells you lies and makes you feel like you don't deserve any help but that's not true. You are worthy of love, kindness, healthy realtionships with people and with food.
There's lots of online resources to help you get started on your recovery process. Here's a link to the National Eating Disorders Association. This link talks about signs and symptoms of eating disorders but there's also links for support on that site
