Food Becomes My Life
I wake up thinking of how much exercise I'll have to do in order to enjoy my breakfast, which has been brewing in my mind since the night before I went to sleep. I kill time until it's time to eat. I finish my meal and already contemplate the next one and how to burn calories before then. I want to distract myself, but shouldn't I just be able to live without worrying about food in the first place anyways?

I do pretty much the same 😅 but anything you want to work on? Like a hobby or a study perhaps? Maybe that'll help with distraction! Try to be as occupied, hehe idk if that helps, ur thought here made me feel that am not alone 💛 so thank u for this quick drop
