Daily Check-Ins!! (July)
Hey, everybody, I'm kc and today I just wanted to throw in a Daily Check in for myself to feel better and for others to let out how they are doing, be it a good or rough day. Hopefully, this thread can serve as a team support system for the members of this community too.
For me, today appears to be going pretty well in the sense that despite not everything I ate was healthy; I am trying to balance it off with fruit. Although I haven't remembered to drink any water today, I can be sure to gulp some down right after this post - now that I'm reflecting on how today has been going.
Later today, my family is going out to a restaurant with some family friends. Usually, this would be kind of fun, however, in my attempts towards recovery, I am transitioning to become vegetarian, which isn't always easy to do when eating out. While I am currently feeling a little anxious about dinner, tonight here's to hoping it goes okay if not pretty well.

My day was okay. Eat well, didn't restrict And avoided binge eating

I'm glad to hear your day has been okay, hopefully, tomorrow will be even better by at least a little bit. Baby steps though.
The dinner plans are still to come, really soon actually, but after that discussion, I definitely feel a little more confident in my ability to stay composed going out.
