Personal Experience:
I have decided to share my personal experience with everyone here on 7 cups. I have once gone through the disorder of binge eating so I know how it feels personally. I developed this habit because of my loneliness most of the times. This disorder really costed me when I would always being told that I cannot take part in any school performances or in sports such as Football, Cricket & I would always being told to join as an audience. I was really fed up from this condition & I would be very easy to point out in big crowdings & I would always being bullied by other students of my school. What I did? I then made a firm decision to change my life after almost two & half years of binge eating. I decided to start doing interim fasting. In just few months I recovered from my disorder of binge eating & this platform 7 Cups also helped me a lot in recovering. I also started doing exercises such as Shadow Boxing to keep myself in shape. I also considered doing YOGA because I realized that the boxing thing was kind of making me aggressive & I would usually get myself into fights with other bullys at my school & now since I have converted to Yoga I feel peace around me at all times, I feel myself energized and I have started being happy more and now Im really happy to have recovered from this disorder. I really wish for all those who are currently trying to get over this disorder & I just want to say to them that: Youre not alone in this and you can do this. I really hope that this article have helped you in good means, if it did then leave your comments below and let me know how you feel after reading this.
