dieting then over eating
i diet all the time then when it gets to night time i’m so hungry and give in and just binge then guilt after is so bad i’ve gained some weight when i starter binging and i just feel disgusting even thought people always say i have a nice figure i never believe it and still think i need to diet but just ends up in a binge i just feel lost and like this is never going to end

I feel you. I was in the same vicious circle for a long time. I couldn't look in the mirror and accept my body the way it was. I tried different methods to lose weight and all of them ended up as a breakdown. I was desperate and didn't know what to do until I found this article. It sounded crazy fasting for such a long time, but I decided to give it a shot. Of course, I managed only 4 days, but it changed my mind completely. I started to realize why I had those breakdowns and what to do to be slim and happy. I also lost some extra pounds during this fasting. Maybe you should try it too.

I understand your feelings about dieting very well, I want to say don't care too much about other people's opinions, you live for yourself.
of course it is better to be on a diet. overeating is very harmful to health and can lead to diabetes and other diseases. For example, this was the case with my friend. He was constantly overeating and overeating. Now he has diabetes. And of course it's good that he can buy victoza online (it's a drug for diabetics) and it normalizes his body, because local pharmacies don't have it. But everything could have ended much worse. Do not risk your health!
