tips against binging❤️
okey so could we all drop some tips against binging? One thing I found pretty useful was to make a real meal and put it on a plate/bowl, instead of just eating random things. I also noticed it was easier not to overeat, when I wasn’t distracted(Netflix etc.)❤️ When I have the urge to overeat I try to get away from the food and set myself little goals like at first I’ll just try to not binge for 20’ and then the next and so on Ik first handed that its not easy but I’ll keep on trying because I believe that we can all do it!!❤️
Lol, I found gum helpful and I got a coloring book, takes about 3 hours per page. So I can eat 1 small thing once I finish a page. I also have a Rubik's Cube to keep hands and mind busy.
