The worst binges you experienced?
For me, it was when I was sitting my two NABs at college. I sat my first NAB and it went good. Afterwords, lunchtime came about, and ate lunch as normal. I had a sudden sweet tooth, so I went and got a tiffin. It got worse from there.

I crammed all that down my throat within a couple of hours. [calories numbers deleted by Forum Mentor @RaCat] I felt horrid. Something forced me to do it. I felt like total trash I wanted to curl up in a bathtub and drown and die.
Is there any horrid binges you experienced, or was it just me?

Hi I had one when I was a teenager I did eat all the mussels that were in my house, but I hated mussels and they disgusted me, but it was the only thing available for me at the time, I still remember eating them with all my possible disgust but being unable to stop.
Hello! I would like to remind you that it is against the rules to post about the specific numbers of calories in different foods because it may be triggering to some people
@TaylorTheLemonSlayer @xca I needed to edit both of you posts as they include calories counting what is against our forum rules as it could be triggering for some. I hope you don't mind?
P.S. @piercetheaiden thank you for the note and flagging

I am a stress eater. I feel like food hugs me from the inside. In particularly tough days food are my best friends. I'll mindlessly eat a whole pan of spaghetti until my stress/anger/anxiety goes away. My weight has yo-yoed throughout the years because of this bad habit.
I've learned to practice to pause now. Before I open my mouth to eat, I'll ask myself, am I eating because I'm hungry or because I'm something else (tired/stressed/angry/anxious).
@KindHugsi
You are not alone, everyone feels that way at least one point in their lives. I am very proud of you and I am so greatly appreciative that you found a solution that works for you! xo
They begin with a bunch of junk food and usually end with 20 to 30 pound weight gain. Something bothers me and even when I'm overly full I'm having food cravings. I'm miserable and all I do during this time is eat and lately play with my phone.

What have you tried to do to make this stop? Or to limit it from happening?
At my worst point binges could lasting for hours, till all the food in the house was destroyed. It often was a butter with a liquid honey - and in one time i drinked almost whole can.
Then I was lying in the couch and hardly breathing. My belly looked as pregnant one. And in the next day I had get terribly bloating. It was drastic pain.
That happened with me for months every day. And if you now restrict yourself in food, tomorrow you can will get to know this.
There was several times. I went food shopping for uni and bought enough food to last at least 3 days and then I just ate it all at once, then proceeded to eat a lot alot of ice cream... another time I went to an all you can eat pizza place and continued to eat well past being full while drinking unlimited refill fizzy drinks. I ended up trying not to throw up in the restaurant bathroom from how sick and guilty I felt...
I guess the worst binge I had was a few years ago. I had bought a week worth of groceries and ate almost nonstop until it was gone...less than two days! I have since then stuggled with it to the point that I have learned that I cant keep easy or tasty foods in my apartment. If I want something like that I have to let a friend keep it for me so they can ration it to me!
