Relapsing with binge eating

Hi, I kind of had a minor binge tonight and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to feel better after a binge? I always hate myself for it, and I was doing good for so long. Please, if anyone has any advice on how to control my binge eating that would be great. I don't want binge eating ro control me anymore.
