Overeating moment

Hey, so I've been quite anxious since school started back and also other things making me anxious, but today I really ate too much... I feel guilty now but I'm looking to find a healthy coping method, anyone?

Sometimes I eat so much when I bend over I puke. Not good. Anyways a good way to help is make large portions of cabbage soup with carrots, chicken, celery, cabbage, chicken broth and you can include noodles. I make 8 quarts for 2 weeks. It fills you up less calories, since I started I’ve notice my appetite gone down. Husband bought me my favorite pizza I ate half and not hungry.
