Looking to Overcome Binging to Stay Healthy
I need to lose atleast 16 kilos of weight due to my physical ailments. I have high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart issues and tinnitus. I am struggling to follow any sort of diet and monitor sodium levels due to binging. My situation demands that I lose the weight immediately.
I experience mood swings, sleeplessness, have anxiety issues and the binging doesn't help. The binge is inevitably followed by a crash, full of guilt and self recrimination. I need to overcome this problem but I do not know how to manage. In the last 8 days alone, I have had 4 binging sessions. I don't lose any weight because of this, and I suffer from a lack of motivation to exercise because of the binges. Any sort of support is welcome.
I too need to lose weight immediately for health reasons. One thing that's helped is just doing stretches or yoga in the morning. I haven't lost much weight and it's been rough but I feel like this is the start I needed for my day to make the storm clouds stay further at Bay.
