Hii i am sia .i am 18 and struggling with eating disorder .I used to be very fat then i probably lost 16 kg weight and i want to lose more though.everytime i just eat i just feel i will gain weight instead of losing so.

@yellowSouth1624 I can relate. Food and Weight is such a hard thing because we have to eat to live! So it's not like we can just avoid it. It's not easy to find that balance (I find in my own personal journey). Maybe putting your focus on eating healthy foods, and cooking healthy recipes, and on the mental aspect of doing things that make you feel good about yourself, might help redirect your mind from fear of weight gain, to joy of food and joy of life. Be kind to yourself. And one step at a time.
