Help?
Today i tried really hard not to binge but again i failed. I overate now i feel sick, my eyes are burning, i feel bloated and my brain is spinning. In 1 one i have prom and i am really not going like this. Can someone be my buddy to lose weight and be normal again? 🥲
@JossyStar0 Sorry to hear you're feeling sick right now and that things have been tough - it can be really overwhelming trying to avoid behaviors when those urges arise. Have you noticed any patterns on when you feel the urge to binge? Are there certain times of day, or certain situations that make you struggle more with it? Conversely, are there any things that help you to avoid those urges or help you through them without binging? I have found that knowing those patterns can be a first really helpful step to finding ways to address the triggers and work on the behavior.

You are normal. Don't worry too much, we all go over our established limits sometimes. I am sure you will look very beautiful on your prom day, 10 lbs more or less. Just because you felt the need to eat more and you did, it shouldn't make you love yourself less. Be a positive example of confidence and feel beautiful, however you are!
