I don’t get it. I really don’t. I’m either overeating or under eating. There’s no in between and I’m not sure how to get out of it. It’s like regardless of which one it is I can’t make my mind up as to how to get out of it. It’s frustrating.

hello! I could understand how confusing it might be as habits that we tend to fall back on habits that may be complete opposites.
You could try to identify the emotions you are going through when you are falling back on either of these habits. do you think it helped? I hope to hear from you soon, take care!

I’ll pay more attention to emotions when it does happen. There are days when even though I just ate and feel full, I have such a bad urge and need to continue to eat. The other days when Im under eating I can go about 2-3 days without anything because I feel ‘sick’. It’s not really sick but like a nauseous turning feeling.
