Hey everyone!

Does anyone else have this problem where it's like your pain levels are increasing and it makes you in a way bed ridden or only move from the bathroom then back to the bed? Then it's like you're bed ridden or not able to move since the pain levels are airising and in a way that time period is like your body getting used to the new level of pain for you to somewhat move more?

I'm not sure if what I said made any sense since my mind is all cloudy and foggy.

If you do manage to understand what I wrote lol, do you have any helpful tips or anything that to pass time or look after yourself during that time?
I don't know what I'm saying anymore.

This does make sense! It sounds like it's hard to handle and a bit rough to deal with surprise Just like we covered in my discussion, light exercises (such as stretching) can help out if you're able to! Physical care is super duper important heart

@azureJar7737

Sorry for that @azureJar7737, during pain moments try to distract your mind to more pleasant thoughts, like something you really like, something you would achieve soon and also thoughts about someone you like or you are affectionate to.

You could also try to recall in your mind nice memories, cool images.

Take care laugh yes
