Medical negligence

Hi there

My story is very complicated and I really feel like i need to share it.

So very recently I found out I have been affected by a medical negligence. A doctor failed to identify a problem in my spine and now, three years later, I am at the risk of getting seriously disabled. My arms are the most affected. I lost a lot of strength and it makes me feel like i am an elderly. My scoliosis keeps me in constant pain and I have no idea what to do anymore. Even the treatments I am currently going through are very rough and sometimes leave me with more pain than the usual.

Do you know anyone in a similar situation? An idea of what I can do?

I'm sorry you're dealing with that. I don't have any advice, as different places = different systems.

It's different than what happened to you, but I've had a few misdiagnoses along the way and it took decades for me to get a proper diagnosis for one of my conditions. Sometimes I wonder how life would be different if I was diagnosed before it got as bad as it did.
