@blissfulTouch29 I never went to school. My spine was broken a few years ago I had some operations and several metal plates but it's not completely fixable. I'm also missing half of my fingers. And my legs became dead weights and they had to amputate them. Where I live in the carehome. I finally feel accepted able to be myseelf without feeling embarrassed. And on 7 cups, this is where I can also be myself and I'm not seen as a freak and I actually made friends here😁

@blissfulTouch29 I do wish I went to school. But I'm kinda worried about being bullied if I go to college or something. I was born healthy, bad people made me disabled 😞 I don't want to be bullied. I didn't have the best life. But I'm safe now and happy ❤

@blissfulTouch29 aww I'm sorry you were bullied😞 gives you giant tiny hug ❤ I wasn't exactly bullied, um, I was born into a christian cult. They were bad people. Children were either sold or kept for slaves 😞 I was a slave for 18 years

For question one when I got older enough my mother told me that I have a disability and for question two my own mother made me feel safe and so did my father.

Basically for question three I do notice my disability everyday and other people rubs it in and for question four the only struggles what I had at school is that I used to get bullied.

on because I have a disability and how I am different to other people and my only question is that when other people that doesn’t have any lived experience to know what it is like to.

have a disability could you please tell me if other people hasn't had any lived experiences how it feels to have a disability then how would they interact with people that has a disability?

I am so glad to hear that your mom and dad made you feel safe. I am so sorry to hear you got picked on that's not right. I also got picked on in grade school here and there, middle school, and some high school. I am here for you and I don't know what you mean by your question at the end.

The way I was raised, it seems like "disability" was always a dirty word. Something to be ashamed of, took a while of therapy to come to peace with that. I suppose it was 2019, when I lost my job and had to acknowledge my limitations.

I was fortunate to finally find the RIGHT therapist for me. Otherwise, my mother, father and brother... that is it. 4 people.

I notice my limitations every day and have since I was injured in the 3rd grade. I walk with a slight limp. Walking too long generates pain. Standing - pain. Sitting - pain. Trying to stir, hand weakness. Not recognizing water temperature and scalding my feet. Etc etc

Ugh.... school, I couldn't participate in PE much. But my brain was my greatest tool and strength... until 2018 when my ailments finally hit the Grey matter and I lost like.... I dunno... my brilliance

Thank you!!
