I too have items come up where i am having issues keeping an exact schedule.....
i found ways to workout around when i can.....
for example i have a walking goal used to walk with group first thing in am but between a new job and an illness i do not feel up to it........ i just find other times to go out walking or several smaller walks etc in the end it is all about reaching goal by end of day not by 8 am
i realize i have the whole rest of day to fit in a walk or workout video....... when i can concentrate and do it ......it does not need to be exactly at this time or that time. several videos on you tube that are 30 minutes you can fit in to a day.
