What are things you do during the day?

@BethanyTeal hi sweetie ❤ during the day I keep busy with art and crafts, making music playlists are always fun, gentle exercises with my carers in the morning. 7 cups has been a God send to me. I like to learn new things, and I do try to go sit outside in the garden when the weather is ok (in the warmer months I go sit outside and watch the sunrise every day😁) are you struggling right now trying to keep occupied??
