Hi I’m Andy and I joined a few months ago. I have been treated for depression for a few years and had a string of bad days that prompted me joining. Sometimes I just need to talk to someone that is removed from the situation. I like the fact that there is something like this available to all. Thank you you all.

Welcom Andy even though you joined a few months ago. I'm glad you have gotten treatment for you depression. I understand you have particulary bad days of depression. We all have that happen at times. I'm glad you joined this supportive sub-community. I hope you know that your feelings and emotions are completely valid and that you matter. It is amazing that we have a supportive system in place for people where they can feel free to share and not be judged. I hope you feel better soon and please take care❤️😊
