I have been at Cups for a while but just joined the depression support community, and I think a good way of introducing myself is to say thank you so, so much to everyone who has been so supportive in the sharing circle and to those who work so hard to keep it a safe and supportive place. Thank you to everyone who has shown me kindness there.
