Hello all! I’m Vanessa, and I’ve suffered from depression for a very large portion of my life. I’ve dealt with a lot of trauma and loss. I’ve lost two of my younger siblings in the last two years, with my youngest brother losing his battle with depression about two months ago. I hope 7cups and my online therapy work together well to help me cope with my depression and grief better. ❤️
