Hello. I am Sebastian. 39M. Currently in Belgium. My problem is loniless and fear of dying alone.

Hey! sebastian, you had only one problem i.e. loneliness and it is just because of it you are thinking of dying, try to do some breathing exercises and be more in the real world. reduce your exposure of mobile phones etc.
