Hello Im Alley and been on 7 cups almost a week now. I love this app. I suffer from mental health issues. I think it's getting worse as I age. It's scary for me because alcohol and mentalness runs in my family. Also dementia runs in it to. So, I pray that my life doesn't get as bad as my parents did. Thank you have a kick as day.
