Hi everyone my name is Maria and I am 21 years old and I suffer with anxiety, depression, and OCD. I’ve been in therapy and on meds for a while but am still really struggling. It seems to be getting worse and I’m hoping that being in a group with people who also understand what it’s like will be helpful to me.

@mariagb46 Hey Maria! Welcome to 7 Cups, wonderful to have you here! Anxiety, depression and OCD can surely be hard and it's totally not good to know that you are struggling and are feeling like you are getting worse but I hope you are able to seek all the support you deserve here! We all are here for you hope you have a good time ahead!
