I’m pretty sure everyone has had a rough year. I’ve had more depressive episode than being happy. My circle around “doesn’t believe” in mental illness, so it’s really hard to handle. I’m glad to find people have went/going through the same thing as me. I’m doing much better, taking better care of myself. If anyone needs a shoulder to lean or cry on I’m here!
