Hello! My name is A - I have anxiety & depression along with insulin dependent diabetes. It can be difficult to focus on my mental health while also caring for my physical health, but I'm hopeful that being here will help me achieve the goal of balancing it all. ๐
That is quite a bit to learn to balance, but you can do it. What kinds of things are you doing now to try to help yourself?@aeveson
Currently, I take time for myself every day to make sure everything is organized that way it's not a hassle to deal with it all out of order. I've also been making time at the end of every day to journal out my feelings from the day.
Journaling is great and staying organized sounds like quite the challenge. Do you have to plan each day really carefully? What kinds of things go into that?@aeveson
