If you feel a need to talk about something or if you want support with depression you can always browse the listener page here! and connect with wonderful and empathic listeners. One tip is to look at the listener’s bio and see if they have “Depression” under their direct/lived experience, as these listeners might be best suited to provide support.

I didn’t that high functioning depression can actually be a diagnosis. I suspect that I may be the same but am still reluctant (more because of the cost) to have myself diagnosed.
