Pass away

My father passed away and im feeling numb and when i see my family cry so hard. Im Very sad about it. I just feel nothing.after my father was buried and that when i start miss miss my father ,thats where i cry so hard like 2 / 3 day .


When they say that i need to cry dont need to hold back. But the reality im not hold back i just numb. Dont know what to feel.

I understand the numbness the feeling of what's wrong with me I should have feelings but we cannot control what we feel and also cannot be honest with the people we most want to. It gets better as everyone else heals. Have patience their I nothing wrong with the way you feel everyone deals with stuff their own way.

There is no need to feel a certain way. You will cry sometimes and you will be numb at others. Each journey of grief is a different one.

trust me when i say your not alone. Its normal to feel that way we all deal with our emotions differently. Its like shock yk? Like your still trying to process whats happening
