I use a bunch of different apps. Sayana, Moodpath, Headspace, Calm, and stoic. It's really just a matter of finding what works for you and what apps can give you what you're looking for. The best communal app I know of though is TalkLife, great if you need someone to talk to or a vent.

@lilbladeofgrass I love Calm (it's also a website). I've tried a few like Buddify, Headspace, etc. but I like Calm the best.

Ooh, Smiling Mind is really good. I would've stuck with it but the only issue is that there's no way to link it to Apple Health. I use Oak now. They don't have a huge variety of mindfulness exercises but if you just want something simple and basic, you can use Oak.
