Rainy season, moods and subliminal depression

I am going through a lot of mood changes, especially during rainy season. I go through weird moods I am not able to understand. Also I had read up once that there was someone who was going through subliminal depression. Ever heard of that? I think it means he was going through depression all his life only to know now. Please share what are your thoughts?
