A Goal A Day for 30 Days - Why not take part?
Hi, I'm Pandaxia; a listener here on 7CoT.
As part of a commitment to my personal mental heath, I'm going to set myself a goal a day for 30 days - to increase my sense of acheivement and wellbeing. The goals can be anything - smile at a stranger, walk 2 miles, drink more water, visit a neighbour.

Day #1
My goal today is: to go to the gym after work. I used to make time for it regularly and it helps me unwind. I've been feeling more inactive than usual and it frustrates me.
This will make me feel good because: I'll work up a sweat and sleep better. It will get me back in to a healthy routine.
Day #2
My goal today was: to go back to the swimming pool and rediscover my love for it
This made me feel good because: I stopped delaying something I'd been putting off, and I was reminded how good I am at swimming.
Love this! Day #1 My goal today is: make a meal/grocery list for the week. This will make me feel good because: then i can get groceries tomorrow and be prepared for the whole week. Having a plan will eliminate a lot of stress for me.
Day #2
My goal today is: Finish putting all my nice clothes into my closet (I just moved so all my things are still in boxes)
This will make me feel good because:it will make my mornings much easier. If I don't have to dig an outfit out of a box while I'm frantically trying to leave the house my whole morning will be easier.
I like this idea some one please keep my accountable to this.

My goal today is: to make my bad
This will make me feel good because: becauseit will look clean and in place and ill feel better about my self.
My goal today, is to go out with my brother and have an okay time. This is good: because it keeps me optimistic about having an enjoyable experience.
Day #1 My goal: write a poem with my emotions This make me feel better because I love write but I'm fear of not do it perfect so I don't do it but tomorrow I will do it and no matter how will be the result :)
Day #1
My goal: Call the lady over caps and gowns up at my school.
This will make me feel accomplished because my mom will get off my back about it and I'll be one step closer to graduating in May.
