Is it true that travel saves you from depression?
@gven
Not necessarily, it depend on the personality...
Travelling can help by changing scenery, environment and people and breaking out of the depressive environment and cycle of bad routine, ficus on travel practical things or delight in things to see. On the other hand, travel can be stressful and stress induces depression in some people...also there are tupes of people who feel confortable rooted to a "safe" place so travelling does no good at all...
Like every other thing in life, travel has advantages and dissadvantages and it also depends on the personality type...though those who like to travel are already less prone to depression as personality types...
Life is soo complicated...πππ
I think that traveling saves from depression and loneliness
I can't say that travel can save everyone from depression. However, I can't say that it's impossible. In my opinion, I think it really depends on the person's personality. There are people who love traveling and there are people who hate it. But it definitely could be a good step towards recovery! @gven
