Anyone has experience with hypnotherapy or holotropic breathwork??

I have been lately playing with idea trying holotropic breathwork maybe even hypnotherapy so i would want to know experience from others than read article by article. Did it help ??

Unfortunately, I've never had experience with it, but it may be helpful if recommended from your doctor! If your doctor does recommend it, would you like to try it and let us know how it goes?
