Lonely in a house full of people

It’s such a sad feeling to be in a house full of people and lonely. My significant other is emotionally unavailable and doesn’t take my depression seriously. It’s VERY disheartening. Is anyone else experiencing this or anything similar?

Definitely not alone in this regard. Feeling disconnected from those we live with is enough to make us feel lonesome. I'm sorry that you're in this situation. I hope you can find support outside of home in the future.
