Hi! Have you tried to talk to psychologist? Or psychotherapist? Maybe a therapy would help?

Try meditation. You can look up a lot of great mindfulness ted talks on YouTube that give a rundown on how it can help you to change your way of thinking. I don't like medications, everyone's depression is different and should be treated as such.

Mindfulness has helped me see my depressive thoughts in a different light, and how not to let them define me, it's hard to stick with it, but i can tell I'm getting better with time.
