This depression, anxiety, agrophobia has taken it's toll on me. These suicidal urges are overwhelming , the depersonalization is scary all i want is a break from this. Please just a break

I am so sorry for the way you are feeling. Coming here was a wonderful step on your part, and hopefully will give you the break you crave. There are people here, myself included, who care about you even though we don't know you.
