Hi, @bogy1! I'm sorry that your current meds doesn't work for you. I don't like the transition stage of changing the antidepressants neither. It's frustrating and long and sometimes full of pesky and painful side effects. It's simply awful.

I'm not a professional. I can clearly sense that you don't feel better while taking the current ones. I don't know how long have you've been taking it, but adjusting to the new medications can take up to the full month, sometimes even to 6 weeks. But if your ongoing state has been maintaining for longer than that it's a visible sign that it's time to adjust its dose or change it altogether.

As bad experiences you've got in the past, it doesn't justify the current misery. You deserve to try something different, to finally experience the peace. You don't have to suffer taking something which is not effective. Right treatment makes wonders, believe me, lovely. And if you have to have headaches for the first 3 weeks or nausea or something else terrible, it's worth it in the end. It really is.

I think you should speak with your health professional about these concerns. The sooner you do that, the sooner you will receive the right assistance and will feel better. And we will be here for you, supporting you during the distress.

Sending you all of my strength, lovely!
