What are some ways you can practice self care?

Self care is anything that calms you down and makes you happy. Some examples are cuddling with a pet, helping others, painting, etc. what are some ways YOU practice self care?

I practice self-care by being alone. I can be myself if I am alone, and that helps so much...sometimes I text my friends if I feel sad. Or, if they are near, I hug them extra tight. Support is important. If anxiety is bad, rain noise helps. If depression is bad, 7 cups or music. For me, at least. Self-care for me is going to bed earlier that normal or letting myself do all the things I shouldnt, because I have more important things to do. Drinking and eating is something I often forget, but self care is also setting myself a timer for that, or snacking in between. Love yourself, guys! Care for yourself!

Self care for me is getting occupied with activities I love to, it really is a source of mindfulness. Even sharing my emotions and thoughts to my close ones feels really good and relaxed.
