Trying to find my own way out...

So many posts passed ive been trying to get over my depression which I believe was caused by my whole lifes worth of rejection, dumps and being told the girls are A sexual, anyway ive been trying to listen to music, Play games and the only thing thats sort of working atm is not speaking to or seeing the latest girl. Ive done more in last two days than I did before hand and ive also stopped contacting her or visiting her (before all this happened I cared alot for her but didn't feel anything).

So im finding not visiting/seeing her and not messaging her or having contact is so far best way to get through this - I do think of her yes but not seeing or hearing from her helps.
