I'm so sorry 💓❤️ I'm not a professional But maybe try a lil trip for a weekend doesn't even have to be expensive like camping just going somewhere different change of scenery can make ya feel better ❤️
@Makaylagirl777 Have you tried talking to someone you trust? I'm not a professional either but I hope you can start looking out for yourself and do what you like, no matter what. When you spend time with yourself you can find yourself
I'm no professional but you know yourself that it's just a feeling. I won't say that you must stop feeling everything but the leat you can do is make yourself feel good....It really works. Do whatever you can to uplift your mind from this state/feeling. For example, eat your favourite food, discover your hobby, take a break. To prevent such feelings you must know what's the cause... Once you tackle it you can blast off these negative emotions!!
