Hello all, Im new here.

I have had anxiety and depression ever since I can remember. It has seemed to get worse as the years have went by, unfortunately. It has now gotten to the point where it has affected my long term relationship. I am just not the same person that I used to be. My boyfriend of nearly three years asked for space a week ago and told me that I need to get help if I truly want our relationship to continue. I understand why he has done this, but it shattered my heart. I feel like Im suffocating and wallowing in my own self hate and I have no idea how to heal myself. Please give a broken hearted girl advice on handling her depression.
