I just got diagnosed with mdd. I'm wondering how everyone helps cope ?

Dear di / bhai.

U just need to do 2 things.

1st - find someone who cares for u ,through all of his sole ,mind ♥ heart and body.

2nd- consult or find a suitable therapist.

All of ur prblms will get solved.

I m also suffering from it but along with it many other problms are there, but I m not able to treat myself because i dont have someone as in point 1st.

Your coping mechanisms grow slowly but surely. Do you have people who support you?

For me a lot of coping came from figuring out little things that I could do each day that would help me feel even a little better. Getting outside and walking was a key component. @Hannahbelle1990
