Hitting Your Rock Bottom

Do you have severe stress, emotional problems or addictions? Do you feel like you are about to crumble? This stage of being is extremely distressing and dangerous however if you are feeling this way please reach out to someone. The feeling of "rock bottom" means that you need to get help now. Most people will not seek help until they reach their lowest moment, and even at this stage it seems like an incredible mountain to climb and thoughts such as "no one can help me", "I am beyond help" , "I've tried therapy before and it didn't work" or "I can't afford it" is really common. However, I would like to urge people to push all of their other priorities and beliefs aside and focus on getting better.

There is no shame in this, and no matter how much life experience or knowledge of psychology you already have, how strong you appear to your friends and family, it's not important. It's time for intervention so seek professional therapy in your local area; ideally not a psychiatrist or counsellor but a private therapist who specialises in the kind of help you actually need! Someone who focuses on emotional alchemy, spirituality, compassion, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, CBT to name but a few.

If you find your therapist who is right for you then you will start to recover from your "rock bottom" and start on the road to moving upwards.

Please feel free to contact me for advice in this area - I am happy to share more :)
