Destructive thoughts

I am experiencing incredible depression and sadness this year at college and I'm having some pretty destructive thoughts about it. I am honestly scared because lately I've been thinking about hurting myself or that there's no point in doing any of this and that I should end it.

usually when I'm sad here I go home which is only an hour away, but my parents are getting separated so home isn't a sanctuary anymore. I feel trapped in this place and I don't know what to do.

@fearlessLemon1054 Aww no, I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. These thoughts can be really scary and hard to deal with. Some things that can help when you are feeling these feelings are coping strategies such as writing, listening to music, or talking to friends. What is really important is having someone you cna galk to in your life about everyday problems. You could try opening up to a friend you have now, or, over time try creating new friends. I wish you luck in your journey, these problems are not easy to overcome. But just you reaching out here, and creating this post shows that you are strong, and want to accept help. Which is an amazing thing :)

I often feel like breaking and destroying everything in sight.. I often feel like hurting someone else if they cause me more misery.. These aren't healthy thoughts and I am able to control them more and more everyday :)

hey buddy, your not alone to go through this phrase, you got me, i understand things get rough at times but it all comes to an end, and i'm here, for you!:)
