Okay y'all, so like I just got news they might be locking down my town, so no in or out of your house. And this is scaring the shit out of me. I'm so scared to be trapped alone. I feel like I'm gonna lose my mind. If any of you want to talk I'll need it. I'll be completely in solitary confinement for the next 30 days :/

@Ksomp Wow, my friend- I'm really sorry to hear that you are going to be on lock down for 30 days. That is a very long time to be in isolation. Try to come on here as much as you can and connect with listeners. Maybe you could even try some group support chats or the sharing circles that have just recently started. I hope you and your family are safe today.
