Any advice on how to get feelings out?

I have been very depressed lately and I want ways to get out all my feelings whenever I really need to (Panic attacks, random wave of depression, ect.) without feeling like I am bugging people because I get some random waves of depression at odd hours of the day and sometimes people can't help when it happens and I am not always able to come on here. Any advice for me?

I highly advise writing out all of your feelings and thoughts. That helps me a lot. If you want it to feel like you're talking to someone, maybe write it out in letter form, as if you're going to send it to someone afterwards. You don't actually have to send it to them if you don't want, it's just a thought. Journalling is great too, or if you feel that your thoughts are destructive and you don't ever want to reread them again you could write them all down on a scrap piece of paper and then throw it out afterwards, or even rip it up if that helps.

My advice is to put your focus of attention on positive situations in your life. Also to implement some new behavior of self care if you have not done it yet, like meditation, yoga, some kind of learning experience, and also it is good to start somekind of sport activities
